I recently had a patient who was experiencing prolonged neck pain. She would come in for daily adjustments and always leave feeling better. While I enjoyed caring for her Chiropractic needs, I was interested in her lifestyle and how this pain continued to return. I asked her about her sleeping position and discovered that she was sleeping on her stomach with her head turned to the side, one of the worst sleeping positions for the health of your spine. Sleeping on your back is best. I also asked her about her computer positioining. |
